This policy explains what Klovera collects and what we do with it. Klovera is operated by Internet Mastery, 1729 Avenida Del Sol, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States.
To run the service and produce what you ask for; to bill you and keep a record of credits; to answer support requests; to keep the service secure and to investigate abuse; and to tell you about changes that affect your account. If you are on the waitlist, we use your email only to send you an invitation and to tell you about that invitation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your email address to anyone for their own marketing.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

If you upload photographs of a person or clone a voice, that material is biometric-adjacent and we treat it carefully: it is stored with your workspace, used to produce your renders, and is not used to train models for anyone else. You must have the person's permission before you upload it. You can delete a creator, a voice or an upload from the application, and doing so removes it from your workspace.
Account data and the media in your workspace are kept while your account is open. When you close your account we delete workspace media within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@internetmastery.io and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The application at app.klovera.ai sets a cookie to keep you signed in.
Klovera is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will tell account holders by email if the change is material.
